Try Honey Select 2. You can create quite good looking characters and can choose what they wear in the shower and bath scenes. The best source to get this and other games of this kind is the patreon page of "screw this noise"

I like to play GTA, and with Script Hook V I can spawn different women and men I can play in the game,

I can go and get wet and see the clothes turns wet.

Thats GTA but I even know something called Second Life, works a little similar, maybe free?

Its any more virtual worlds where you can go and get wet?
