I recognize it from Wetlook Adventure (https://wetlookadventure.com/ ).

The bad news is that even though their site is still live, there is no longer any way to join or purchase sets: you can add a set or membership to your cart, but all the payment methods have been disabled. It's effectively a zombie website now -- preview pics but no way to get anything more.
