I recall them pre-announcing the shut down of their site, and some sort of limited-time opportunity to download content before the site closed (which occurred some months ago). I don't recall an explanation, I don't think any was offered.

Does anyone know what happened to Water-Fun movies? Their website (www.water-fun-movies.de) is no longer up.
