Those were the days that I am literally shaking with excitement waited 2 minutes for a picture to download ... I saved a view only

Hi, this is a message I have long wanted to write, and it is about the time I started to discover the internet and wetlook when I was a teenager. And it is also about an itch that I have had since then and never been able to properly cure. I remember quite vividly that the first times I searched the internet in the very early 2000s with the crappy old 56k modem my parents had I often visited a page by a person called Carl Soaked. This page had a subsection where one could see new pictures - presumably vidcaps - every day and I was comletely fascinated by that. I also rember that this person sold videos and I always phatasized about ordering them but, of course, this was not possible as my parents would have discovered a package of VHS in the mail. When i finally moved out, the site was long gone and with it the chance to buy any of the videos. I could not, however, ever really stop thinking about this, as it feels like this great thing that I missed out on.

So, my question is: Does anyone else remeber that homepage or that person? Or does anyone even know if any of that stuff is still available somewhere? I would really appreciate anything that I could add to these memories of mine!
