I noticed this a while ago. I assumed it was because I've been using the service for so long, they realised I couldn't possibly be under age!!

Forumites will be pleased to note that Youtube seems to have removed its requirement for proof of identity and age by sending them scans of your credit cards or driving license. I don't know when this happened but in the last week or so I've been able to access vids that are considered "adult" even though there's no nudity or hanky-panky stuff going on. You still have to sign in to your account to view the "interesting" stuff tough.
