I do hate to see things like this.. Last Summer I lost one of my male Dachshunds that way...Somehow he got in the pool area (Same pool we did all those wetlook shoots in) Most have not latched gate and In less than 30 minutes after seeing him running around I discovered him drowned in the pool..He might have tried to get a drink and slipped in and I was not there to save him cause he fell in the deep end. WK
