I had all the old VHS back in the day. Lost them or burned them out. I still see billowing occasionally in wetlook but it's unintentional. The model usually deflates it and acts kind of embarrassed LoL. Still good though. 👍

I wish billowing was as popular as wet socks or jeans. There would be more of it.

Billowing has gone out of favour. Wetscape and wamtec did a lot of it back in the day.

It seems the best fabrics for Billowing are synthetic. Polyester, faux leather, etc. Even real leather can billow nicely depending of the fit of the garment.
