so, probably i am the first to attempt a google translate of the video title... which seems like it comes out to something like "bathing in a mud puddle with stinky water"
the text description down below translated out to basically "here are some videos from El Salvador" (TL:dr version)
The key here (i think) is the part saying "peppa pig in El Salvador" and if you ever happened to watch any of the "peppa pig" animated cartoon (not likely, unless you have kids less than 8 years old??) the peppa pig family has often commented "everybody loves jumping into muddy puddles" so this group decided it would be fun to reproduce such shenanigans in real life...
