Not a pool party, sadly.I remember seeing a lot of photos from photos from parties around that time, particularly from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The closest I have come is at a nightclub in the UK around 2001, where there were two shower cubicles on stage for people to use, similar to the Nachtschicht events from Austria at around the same time, if anybody remembers those. I have posted a couple of photos below, to jog the memory! Similarly to the Austrian events, I remember that there were a couple of 'hostesses' who showered a few times, presumably to encourage others to do so. Their outfits were fairly minimal, and within secoonds they had stripped down to bikinis. In terms of wetlook, it was quite disappointing. Not many people used the showers, and most who did were guys. Only about 6 girls used the showers - it could have been more, but I was with a girlfriend at the time and thought it was better to not spend the whole night watching. Of these, all but one wore underwear, which is fine but just not my favourite type of outfit. The other wore a cropped vest and flared jeans and kept them on throughout, just removing her vest briefly. I remember her having a great body. She definitely didn't have anything to change into - I saw her in a takeaway a couple of hours later and she was still soaked but didn't seem bothered at all. She had put a jacket on and the water had soaked through from her wet vest.

I know that pool parties do still exist, I have seen several parties from India, Italy and Romania in recent years.I have posted links previously, so they do still happen, but seemingly not with the regularity of 10-20 years ago.

A lot of the Indian photos come from a venue called B4 at North Park, Chandigarh. They post their photos on Facebook and generally begin in March each year for several months. I'm not sure whether any have happened this year, but I will check. Here are a few tasters. Another promoter that seems to have a lot of pool parties is called Flashwave Ents.

In Italy, there's a venue called Pavarotty Disco Club in Pavia that hosts regular pool parties throughout the summer. The photos are posted on Facebook; I've put a few bwlow. A few years ago, a nightclub called Black Garden in Rome also held pool parties

There's a venue on Bucharest called Bonton Palace that had regular events posted on Facebook a few years back.

I terms of whether the girls expect to swim in clothes, I think there is naturally some variation, Some will and some won't. The parties above are interesting because they occur weekly or several times per week over a period of a few months. This takes away the 'surprise' aspect of a venue that hosts a pool party perhaps once or twice a year using a temporary pool. It is clear that there are many girls who are repeat visitors to the parties and get wet in different outfits each time. I don't know whether they would take dry clothes to change into after the party.
