Voting is just a binary "I like it" "I hate it" with no explanation provided or needed. With comments, you at can least get explanations for why you liked it or didn't like it - ideally speaking. While you can end up with your useless 2 word reactions, you can also get meaningful responses that you can have a constructive conversation on.
Of course, people have to actually provide those comments for that to happen. |

I just voted excellent on one of the new posts and was disappointed to see a whole lot of bad reviews on the widget. I then decided to do a quick check back and found that any photo shoot published before the 4 girls in evening wear that was the feature of a long discussion on the forum are rated with predominantly grid votes, whereas any published after have mostly low grades. I think it is clear that someone has a grudge and wishes to insult both the models and Dima. Maybe it would be beneficial for the voting widget to have a time out - hopefully the hater will get bored and move on |
