Video is obviously more popular and gets the job done.

I'm still a fan of pictures though, Especially the more artistic photographic wam shots .

Most of what you said there is why we started https://www.mostwam.tv/ / www.mostwam.tv

No more drives full of media, no more broken drives.

All the content we have created, can be watched anywhere anytime on any device with a reasonable internet connection.

These day most people have 4G or fibre broadband, for those that have a lower connection, the site just delivers a lower res video.

We also use the best CDNs in the business, to locally deliver our content anywhere in the world.

I haven’t had any cases of people not being able to play our videos on mostwam.tv.

Photos in these days of great video quality just don’t have much of a market.

I mean I was all for the video trend, but than I uploaded my wetlook collection to my Google Drive (not to share, don’t worry), just to view anywhere on any device (private phone, work phone, tablet, computer, work computer, ipod). And videos are a bad idea. Bad quality if you have a bad connection at the moment, sure you can make available offline but that eats space on the device and basically defeats the purpose of cloud. While photos work well even on 3G connections in sparsely populated areas. So as for my sets from you and all other places, most videos are archived on flash drives, unplayed for months, years. A few are on my PC and iPad. But the photos are all safe on my Google Drive available everywhere even on a secluded beach. Some producers don’t offer photos, just videos so I make my own captures for the drive and often archive the video. So it all depends on what you do. I travel a lot for work and pictures mean a lot to me. Though yea, screen captures of true HD videos work fine enough, so real pictures are gone in a way.

We don't bother with pictures anymore, illegally shared constantly and too much effort to issue take-downs.

Also, these days most people prefer video.

It's a shame, I used to love taking pictures.

Producers photo review.

Please keep in mind that I don't want to disencourage any producer, I only investigated briefly the pictures and made a list with some experiences.

Overal lightning ok, sharp, correcty white balance,

focus is ok, also uses low f-stop from time to time to emphases the subject,

correctly edited pictures.

Only some higher resultion can be appriciated.

Lighted by harsh flash, whitebalance differs from picture to picture (clothes can change color before being wet). I doubt if there is any editing here.

some rubish pictures with closed eyes and incorrect focus are also in the list. Less could be more ...

Pictures are sharp and correctly focused, shots portrait most of time. Also uses a save F-stop

to control sharpness. Whitebalance is ok in the whole set.

These are snapshots. There is actually no real style to comment here. I don't think that the foto's

are edited in some way. Mostly distubed by the unbalanced horizon.

Highest pictures quality of all.
