Yes its a outdoor pool but the treatment plant would be built to handle even clothed swimmers, that is very great and i hope more pools try that.

in sweden there are so many different cultures and some countries swim with clothes that is why they have made a special pool that you can swim with clothes on

In the Stockholm area they are going to putting together a new big outdoor pool with a big park area around, and they even say they have no rules for clothes.

If you feel you need to use clothes in the bath, its no problem for them, the system can handle it.

Maybe a place to visit in the summer with the heatwave are over us?
