Paypal does not allow the use of their services for the production of real life porn or what sounds like porn. So to avoid having your account closed you must inform your clients to either use an email or to avoid making the description of what they want sound like it is an order for sex.

Anyone out there doing business with paypal better read this....6 months ago we begin having trouble for the 3rd time with them. Then they closed the account and with held $137.00 that was in it, saying it would be given back in 180 days. (we now have a new hidden account for orders)

But to continue when the 180 days was up they were supposed to return the money...But another shit ass group Bank of America we directed payments to began accessing the account with fees out the ass, so I closed the account. Paypal has a choice on money placed into an account.

1) direct deposit to linked bank OR

2) send a check from them.to the legal recipient (they chose neither)

OK B o A closed so we expected the funds to be restored and a check for the 137.00 written to us. Paypal told us since the Bank of Amercia account was closed, that we were obligated to surrender our funds to them...Not even trying to forward the money to a written address or another bank transfer...They just stole it and told us they had the right to do it. It wasn't their money and besides it was held 6 months and legally they should have paid interest on this to us.

Cannot hire legal help, because this would cost more than the recovery...Like cutting off your head to spite the headache.

Just BEWARE PRODUCERS AND BUYERS...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING TO DO WITH PAYPAL OR YOU WILL BE SORRY ONE OF THESE DAYS...I PROMISE YOU THIS...(WK) @ WATERLOGGEDPRODUCTIONS.
