Dima, please use less light or lower iso. And get somebody to edit those pictures properly. They look as they are plastic.
Nevertheless, I do appricatiate your approach to ask for an opinion. Because I do know that it is most easy to say the bad parts.
Those girls are pretty indeed, and I do like the outfits and the angle of the pictures.
