Because not all wetlook fans are alike and some people just like the wet clothes look and either do not care or even dislike the wet hair, as many girls (and guys, well just people) look like drowned rats with wet hair and much more attractive with dry? And maybe this video was to the taste of that group and not yours. Still you get the wet hair part, so why complain?

She's a lovely girl, but why does it take until 5:40 in a 7:20 video for her to go all the way under and get her hair wet? Why waste so much time being only 90% wet? I don't get it.
