It was called 'Pressure Drop'. We forget the name of the band, but Teardrop Explodes were playing with them.

Many years ago, Artscene produced a video titled Desperately Soaking Susan, in which there is a wedding scene. The scene had a music track which included a reggae-sounding tune. As I watched the clip of Rob Ford's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel last night, I could swear Kimmel's band was playing that same tune as Ford made his entrance. I don't think I've ever heard that tune outside of those two contexts. My question(s) is/are: am I right that it is the same tune? what is/are the title(s), and who is it/are they by?
