In case you haven't found this yet, here are videos of a television show where they have girls walking in high heels through sand while its raining. It's not really hard rain but everyone is well dressed and in high heels and they are in the middle of New York City so there's also a large crowd of people watching. The crowd has umbrellas but the girls in the show don't. THE VIDEO IS HERE
