Just email them...don't post here.

FYI they use the same system we use for all our sites....and all you need to do is quote the reference number for your transaction...and email them....and it can be extended by as many days as the admin person cares to extend it...via the "re-authorize a download" function.

hi,

i have today buy a video clip with the title : Sammie - black satin in the pool Producer`s Number: 130 (tws-79-0012) with credit card. At the download, my internet connection was lost and now i can´t get a new start. The dey to download is not saved by me and a copy with email has me not arrived right now.

What can i do to get a new chance to download ? .
