By Earl - Wed 03/08/05 11:21:33 GMT He must, besides you, Leon and some more, have the best job in the world. It is one thing I have been thinking of, when it comes to both Hollywood produtions, and your own. I understand that when you shoot a movie, the filmmakers allways shoot several shots of each scene, until they are satisfied. I really, really hope that is also the fact when it comes to the wetlook scenes. Do you have any idea how many shoots they normally takes of a scene? Can we think the next time we see a beautiful wetlook scene, that not only did the actress get wet that time, but probably several times more. Have your friend talked anything about this?

By MK - wamtec@compuserve.com Wed 03/08/05 10:02:29 GMT Website: http://www.valentinefilms.com/mainpage1024.htm Just had an update from my buddy Mike Valentine who shoots underwater scenes in Hollywood movies & numerous music videos.

Mike is a wet clothing fan too, so whenever he is allowed to direct music videos himself he almost always has the girls clothed in the water.
Anyway...he gave us an alert for 2 movies to watch out for. Earlier this year he was shooting Demi Moore on location in Wales...in several wet scenes for her upcoming movie HALF LIGHT...look for that to be released later this year.
And the latest news is that he says is has just been shooting Sharon Stone last week in the water tank at Pinewood Studios...they are currently doing a sequel to BASIC INSTINCT...and in the sequel Sharon gets trapped in her car underwater...look for that movie to be released in earlu 2006.
More info here..

In case you missed it...here are clips from 2 of the many music videos Mike has shot.

My personal favorite is still the COME UNDONE music video he did with Duran Duran.
