Woman almost loses her wellies whilst swimming (anyone translate Dutch?)

in this Facebook video from The Netherlands, a young woman does a swimming safety/survival course wearing a T-shirt, trousers and Dunlop wellies.

Can anyone answer these two questions please? It might help if anyone can speak Dutch and hear what she's saying.

1. Did her wellies quickly fill up with water and how heavy were they, and did they make swimming difficult?

2. About three-quarters of the way through, the boot on her right foot is seen to be falling off. Is it a surprise it started to come off, do you and what caused that? Or, are you surprised her boots stayed on that long and you were expecting them to have fallen off during swimming?
