I don't use Apple products but I've read elsewhere that iPads don't have file systems like Windows and Linux and Android devices do, so you can't download things diorectly to them, you have to use a PC or Mac to download and then use iTunes to move the download across to the iPad. This is based from info a few years back so may be out of date.

I am having a issue and sent a email 24 hours ago and have gotten no response. I ordered a mobile video for and iPad and tried to download it. It failed to download and not the site says I have reached my 5 downloads and no more try's. I feel ripped off buying this and not being able to get anything from it.
