Its just bubbles, Jimmey says so doing the video when the champagne it being handed out. Mariah also gets part way out to move the bubbles away from her hair and the dress is dry. Too bad, it was a gorgeous dress and would have been awesome wet. Mariah even kept her shoes on too. Maybe next time.

Uhm looks like water to me.

Check out a few places in the Youtube video and her hands sure look wet and the dress drips water https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yPycfm-hTc

1:56 - Her dress throws a drop of water as she lifts it up.

2:01 - She displays her ring as she just finished playing with her dress and her hand is definitely wet.

2:41 - His hand is wet

2:43 - Her hand is full of water as she lifts it showing that there is water in the tub

No....they cut to commercial break and never showed any money shots (exit shots climbing out). All we saw was her getting into the bath (not a pool) in evening dress but no exit.

Bear in mind Jimmy Kimmel is a king of practical jokes and punking people with prank videos....and I think we got punked because on closer examination there was not any water in the bath at all, just bubbles.....what a tease.
