I see the paedophile paranoia seems to have had the same effect on Scout groups in the Netherlands as the UK - men don't volunteer any more for fear of accusations so they are either led by women or - in the UK - pack up altogether. So, though I haven't watched all 1hr 17mins of it, this video seems to consist mainly of adult females in jeans wading about and splashing one another, with only occasional youngsters to interfere with their fun, so you can safely watch it....
