Means; they are not deleting the pictures! You will only not be able to upload more new photos!

Simply, open a new account and you will be able to upload more 1000 photos.

Not sure if anyone cares but I'll likely be deleting "A Wetting Album" as soon as Flickr set their limits on the free account Jan 8th, If there are images you want to save get them soon as this will be the last time. I've no interest in paying for storage and no interest in moving it all again. It was a glorious ride, 20 years. As Always, enjoy.
