Just got another idea. how about making videos away from water source. it start with a girl already completely wet and just like this throuout the video, minding her own business. You could actually shoot it after you shoot you normal video (like shoot your normal wetlooker video, then ask the girl to normal things like reading, relaxing, eating ect while wering the already wet cloth and release it as a separate video.
