Other producers like Flaviu of Eurowam use an indoor heated pool during the winter months.

Unless you are a winter clothing specialist, because those producers will shoot in the ice and snow, but you have to find a very special model who can endure the cold.

Alternatively you can act like a bear.....i.e. stock up during the summer months, so you can sleep during the winter months but continue to update your sites. That is mostly what I have done over the years....i.e. my shooting season is from May to October and I shoot enough excess scenes during the summer so they will last me thru the winter and continue to keep my sites updated all year round.

In Germany you are lucky because the public swimming pools have a very liberal attitude towards renting their pool for a few hours of wetlook swimming. It is more difficult to do that in the UK because many public pools will not allow clothing in the pool. Fully clothed pool parties were very common all over Germany in the 1990's, even in the winter months. Sadly many of them stopped having such event because too many people with cameras would show up (Carl Soak was banned from several clubs that held pool parties).

The best thing is to attend an event where wetlook is not the purpose of such an event, and where wetlook is merely incidental and not obvious...i.e. go to the water carnivals in Panama or Ecuador In February or the water festivals in Thailand. Laos or Burma in April or attend the water gun festivals in Sinchon South Korea and also in Taiwan in June. There you can enjoy wetlook without the fetish aspects being so obvious.
