Unlike the very definition of a keyboard warrior, bully, that you are.
Sits in front of a keyboard, putting the world to right with no fear of reprisal due to being completely un-identifiable.
Absolutely, the very same person who has had issue with me here for many, many years. Talk about holding a fucking grudge. Get over it.
You want true respect, go pick a fight with a person in real life, oh, wait, yep, keyboard warrior.
This forum has many good points and is well trafficked, but honestly, it’s a real hangout for anonymous pack trolls. The only other place where I see this level of anonymous attacks are places like 4chan etc.
As mentioned “apparently” e-mail is hacked, so the easiest way to contact is here. The amount is question is £40 + £30 chargeback fees, £70. So not a small amount.
Also serves as a warning to other producers.
If my reputation amongst other chargebackers is damaged by this, I’m ok with that, we don’t want them. As for my reputation with our payiing customers, I think the fact we are still here and actually still growing holds testament to that.

Instead you decide to gamble your reputation in front of this audience of all your other potential customers with this whiny bit demanding she "answer you" like this is some type of court proceeding.
Hence my original point: grow up or go out of business. I'll manage absolutely fine either way too.

It’s a chargeback, as in, claiming his card was used without his consent. As in a fraud claim. Which costs us more than the money he has spent.
When it is blatantly obvious from his account history that there was NO fraud in relation to his payment.
Sorry, is it your assertion that I shouldn’t call out people who rip us off? You’d put up with that would you?
