That is weird. I did not receive any emails from you in my in box.

I just checked and tested your login from my ADMIN profile and logged into your profile, and everything is working just fine. Perhaps there is a problem with your new password.

I have sent you 2 emails recently regarding a subscription i paid for on the 21st of this month it worked fine for the first couple of days i have changed my password and now it is asking me to subscribe again for full clips could you please look into this for me my email is carlwood2710@gmail.com
