Just looked at their site, they are charging to view videos they have grabbed off YouTube, for which they have no copyright. "All video's are Free of copyright and were fully available on You-tube or my space or TV at one time"
The site owner clearly knows nothing about copyright. Just because a clip in 'public' doesn't give anyone permission to use it ! When ever a clip is used on TV they always get the permission of the owner of the clip ! If you don't then that is illegal use of someones material for profit.
This site should be avoided, or reported.

Maßnahmen gegen die Seite: babyspet.com Auf der Seite gibt es nur geklautes Material. Unter anderem habe ich auch Bildmaterial gefunden, woran nur ich selber das Copyrightrecht habe.
Ich habe einen Anwalt gesprochen, der mir klar gesagt hat, das man auch von Deutschland aus gegen soetwas vorgehen kann.
Gibt es weitere Geschädigte?
