I faced the dilemna of having to alter my details, but could not because the credit company wanted me to cancel my membership first, something which would have been a disadvantage to me at this time for reasons I will not go into here. Graham and Kev have come up trumps for me and resolved my problem within hours, not days as is the case with some web sites. I wish to say a public thank you to them both for helping me out and showing that you cannot beat good customer care. Their website, as ever, is the best around and for those who have not already joined; you don't know what you are missing. Long may it continue. Many thanks guys, and keep up the brilliant work you are doing. |
