Why is this site so slow? We have 10000s of hits per hour and no speed access issues on our web site from our end users. The UMD site is not like this (slow or no access at all). Even after 15 minutes on a click nothing happens! I know this site is free, but what good is free if it does not work efficiently and reliably? This problem is at all times of the day/night.
