Breasts - quite female, if augmented

Genitals - male bits missing

Those are the obvious ones, which a male->female transsexual is obviously going to sort out.

Adam's apple - no evidence of one... wouldn't a m->f x-sexual still have one?

Waist/hip proportion - very much more female than male - don't tell me a m->f could attain that sort of shape

Upper body - more f than m, if you ask me. Yes, she's a little more athletic looking than the average female, but when you consider female bodybuilders, her upper body isn't beefy enough to call her birth gender into question.

Facial features - something doesn't look quite right. I'll bet that's what you were probably responding to, even if subconsciously. Nothing overtly male about her facial features, but her makeup and the line of her eyebrows seems somewhat reminiscent of m->f crossdressers. However, an unusual makeup job doesn't make her a man.

Unless someone can show a birth certificate which proves otherwise, I think she's all woman (and always has been).
