I had never seen it before, but I thought, 'that's easy, I'll just do a youtube search for "Cold Water Challenge fuerwehr" and I'll soon come across it'. I now know that every fire brigade in Germany has put at least one CWC vid on youtube! So I read what it said on the backs of their shirts, and added "...Hechingen" to my search. The lucky people of Hechingen obviously have few fires or other emergencies, since that Brigade alone has found time to participate in at least 3 CWC's. But I found it at last:
