You get that message when you have typed in the wrong ID or password. Make sure you are typing in your ID and Password correctly....i.e. you must use lower case letters (make sure caps lock is off).
If you are having further problems...please email me and I will issue you a new ID and password.

By MK - wamtec@compuserve.com Tue 18/05/04 01:50:41 GMT Hi Francis
Nothing has changed. I am not using any new codecs or special formats like Divx that require additional plugins. These are standard windows media player files. They worked just fine when I tested them 5 mins ago, and nobody else had reported problems. Perhaps your windows media player software is out of date or got corrupted...that has happened to me several times in the past.
Whenever my media player, real player or quicktime software is having problems to play files...I normally find the best thing is just to download and re-install a new version and then it seems to restore things. So..my suggestion would be...make sure you have the latest version of media player, and go to microsoft's site and download/install it again....that should kickstart things and get them working again.
